Wax/Electrolysis
Waxing is the removal of hair, from virtually any part of the body, by the root . This means that the hair takes between 4-6 weeks to regrow . Over time those areas that are repeatedly waxed have weaker hair regrowth. I use two different types of wax to enable me to treat most types of hair in virtually any area. For sensitive skin or stronger hair growth I use Lycon hot (stripless) wax and for larger areas I use Australian Bodycare Hy Wax Tea tree cream wax.
I also offer electrolysis, ideal and effective for small areas of strong hairgrowth especially on the face.
Facial Treatments
You are unique as is your skin, which is why I believe it is important to create a facial especially for you. I use Tropic skincare which is a natural plant based range of products, making my facials suitable for all.
All full facials include a choice of massage to enhance the relaxation and enjoyment of the individual facial.
Hands and Feet
Our hands and feet work hard for us and are often neglected. I use the Get Fresh product range to offer a variety of manicure and pedicure options. I also offer a wide colour selection of Orly Breathable nail polishes for painting if required. An ideal product to help maintain a healthy nail.

August Beauty Tip - shortcuts for when you don't have time for your skincare routine
A lot of clients have expressed concern about the time involved in a full skin care routine. I completely understand this and thought lets find some helpful hints.
Firstly your skincare routine is time for you to massage fabulous products into your skin and spend those few moments on yourself. If you can find the time to do that then it’s great and you will enjoy the routine and I am a real believer in massage, massage increases the blood flow bringing fresh nutrients to the area massaged and relaxing the muscles.
But I am also realistic and I know that everyone is busy these days, so let’s look at how to help. If it’s your morning routine you struggle with then Tropic Cleansers are super fast - a small amount in the palm of your hand, massage over the face and use the bamboo cloth to remove or you can even do this in the shower when you can get away without even using the face cloth – especially with the hydrating cleanser. Again using the cloth will give a better cleanse but this is the no time day. Morning mist spray is super quick toning essence and then apply your moisturiser. Honestly try this it really will take a very short time. If you like to use a serum then Tropic serums can be added to the moisturiser so one simple application. Ideally I would like you to apply the serum individually and pat into the skin but this routine is for the days you’re in a hurry.
At the end of the day when all your jobs are finished and you realise that you haven’t done your evening skincare routine I know your heart can sink. Firstly, it doesn’t have to be the last job of the day - why not do it when you get in and are changing out of your day clothes? just put dinner on and have a few precious moments? everyone else is watching a programme you are not keen on? or an advertising break?.
I do feel the evening routine is the one your skin can really benefit from as it has the whole night to absorb the products you have put on. My advice here is try to make the evening routine fit in to a time that suits you. You could make it really special with a nice cup of tea - or glass of wine!! but if no time then make sure you remove make up and any grime from the day , quick toning essence and a night cream.
I hope this helps, ideally I would love you to have that time for yourself and your skin but on the days you don’t then I hope these tips give you ideas on how to maintain your routine.
I hope this has provided a little more information and as always if you have any questions please get in touch , I offer free skincare consultations. I also have an amazing Tropic offer for August book a consultation to find out more.
